We're super stoked to be hosting journalist and disability rights advocate Geraldine Mellet for July's Paperbark Book Club, where we will be diving into her moving fiction debut, Things I Cannot Say.
The novel follows the story of Tracey, an engineer who has been left paralysed following a major accident, as she stages a breakout from an aged care facility (which is hilariously nicknamed "The Last Resort").
Full of heart and humour, this read offers an eye-opening perspective on the highly topical issue of disability rights.
